Maybe because we lead, what seems to me, a very ordinary life! Maybe it is because I have so much enjoyed the journey toward being more spiritually fulfilled, I have felt like expressing it, where family blogging feels like scrapbooking (but without the GREAT friend retreats!).
I realized today that my life is important. What I am doing is important. I have an AMAZING husband who is good to me beyond words. I have a beautiful spirit little girl, Alyssa, whom I LOVE with all my heart, and I would like for them both to have the opportunity to look back one day on this time in our lives and remember...

So dear Shane and Alyssa, I do this for US! For our family now and our family in the future. We belong to an eternal family unit for which I am grateful... So VERY GRATEFUL! Starting today, I will begin documenting it!
